Berry Apple w/Beet Refreshing Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla frozen or regular yogurt
- 1 cup whole milk or nut milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries or frozen berry mix with blueberries
- 2 granny smith apples, cored and sliced
- 1 raw beet, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 3 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Pulse to get solid ingredients pulverized.
- Put on smoothie setting or blend for 1.5 minutes or until thoroughly blended and smooth.

Notes
You can replace the raw beet with 3 tsp. raw honey, if you prefer.
You can replace whole milk with almond or soy milk.
You can use sunflower or peanut butter instead of almond butter. Or simply add 1/2 cup almonds.
