What I really want you to know is that lifestyle might matter even more than doing an occasional ‘cleanse’. If we reduce inflammation and help rid our bodies of oxidation, we actually help our bodies even more.
While I might talk occasionally about specific cleanse formulations, I think it’s important to remember that everyday lifestyle is more important than an occasional cleanse.
There are supplements that greatly reduce inflammation, which helps your natural immune system and organs do their job much easier. And some supplements help reduce oxidative stress and can help prevent cancer and other chronic diseases as well.

There is a simple calculation you can make. Simply multiply your body weight by 2/3 or 67% to get the number of ounces you should drink daily.
Recommended Water per Day:
- 130 pounds = 87 ounces
- 180 pounds = 121 ounces
- 220 pounds = 148 ounces
Some tips to help you get there:
- Mealtime – Drink 2 cups of water before every meal.
- Infusion – Try using an infusing pitcher or water bottle. Add fruit to the infuser and voila, you get healthy and tasty water.
